In Meridian therapy, specific points and areas along these pathways are stimulated through techniques involving manual pressure (on land and in water), needles, heat, cupping, scrapping, tuning forks, physical movement and stretching. These methods help mobilize blood, allowing us to better rest, work, play, create, thrive and heal.
